Questionaut Walkthrough by Scawley

Questionaut – An educational game made by a company called Amanita-design, have designed a game for BBC’s Bitesized revision series. Whilst the game is designed for schools, it is actually quite fun to play as an adult.

The object of the game is to answer five questions correctly to advance to the next stage

Stage 0

Click on the hat to make the main character advance to the next stage

Stage 1
Click the book
Unplug the light
Click the man to start asking questions

Questions
English questions appear here

Stage 2
Hover your cursor over the ‘tree’ to make the branches grow to reveal + and -
Click the man to start asking questions

Questions
Mathematics questions appear in this stage

Stage 3
Click the cat
Click the bird
Click the bird again
Click the flower
Click the owl
Click the owl again to start the questions

Questions
Biology (Human, Animal and Plant) questions appear here

Stage 4
Click the key and place it in the left most lock
Click the drawer to reveal a football
Click the key underneath where the man was sitting before he returns
Use the key in the middle lock
Click the drawer to reveal a box
Click the box to reveal a key
Use the key in the right most lock
Click the drawer to reveal jar of red liquid
Click the man after he starts drinking to start the questions

Measurement and Geometry questions appear in this stage

Stage 5
Click the icicle and place it into the flask so that it tips over
Rotate the valve 2 times to the left to start the gas
Click on the match box
Click on the match box to obtain a match
Use the match on the ‘striker’ of the match box to light it
Light the burner
Rotate the valve 1 time to the right to reduce the gas and stop the skater
Click the man to start the questions

Chemistry questions appear in this stage

Stage 6
Click on the squares to obtain the colours (clicking again cycles through the colours) in this order.
1 yellow square , 2 green squares, 2 blue squares
1 blue square, 4 red squares

Click the man to start the questions

Probability questions appear in this stage

Stage 7
Grab the battery as it floats and place it into the battery holder to the left of the screen
Click the switch at the bottom of the screen once to move it to the ‘up’ position
Click the light bulb to screw it in and light up
Click the man to start the questions

Questions
Physics questions appear in this stage

Stage 8
Click on the red saucepan and place it on the hook to the left
Click the wheel and place it on the spindle of the machine
Rotate the wheel
Click the man to start the questions

Questions

More difficult English questions appear in this stage

Stage 9
Click the hat

This walkthrough really helped me-i have been trying to complete it for ages!
the hard ones for me were stages 6-8! so thanks so much for this walkthrough!

Thanks, I was really stuck with level 5 because I was stuck with a match and didn’t do the icicle thing.
